HR Departement is good.
Money, working environment and team environment from my
Behaviour from supervisors towards employees. Ability to take criticism and also give feedback towards employee as this is the only way the employee can improve.
Many people are leaving...this shouöd ring a Bell.
The putside picture is that individuals within the team get along but in between there is a lot of chatting about each other.
Many people are leaving.
Its a good place to jumper onto the next job.
As noted it was terrible and no real communication. I prefer a supervisor who tells me what he/she does not like about my work or where i can improve. Thats completely fine but what i received here was out of the blue behind my back information and not via supervisor. Furthermore my colleagues told me what was said about me .... so he went to them rather than no me. Its such odd supervisor behaviour
Old Laptop that Broker fast. Tiny office which can be uncomfortable.
Terrible. Supervisor was not honest towards me. Furthermore, supervisor pretended he could take criticism but then clearly reacted negatively when it was mentioned.
Worst ever. I made more in my internship in Switzerland.
I enjoy what I do and the job was generally interesting.
Great image, important topic.
The culture of using employees for your own benefit, missing out the appreciation part.
Employees along themselves have a great cohesion, between leadership and employees very distrusted relationship. Generally speaking a significant attrition of employees within the last 2-3 years.
Needless to say, fairly positive image from the outside.
Overtime gets cut off each quarter. Anglo-American work culture where overtime is seen as standard. Vacation may be taken but most employees only take a fraction of their annual entitlement, given the immense workload, which is redistributed towards the other staff if someone is quitting, resulting in a vicious cycle going on for years now.
Almost no way to rise up in the organisation. Does not live up to its own preached standards of fairness and respect towards employees. Most employees feel not valued or appreciated at all.
The salary structure and lack of opportunity to receive a raise or promotion is the No. 1 factor for employees being frustrated and leaving. Salary range below market rate with almost no chance to rise up. A lot of employees try and work hard, hoping to be recognised.
Frequent flights across the globe, environmental sustainability is not a topic talked about at all.
Colleagues along themselves are supportive and enjoy working with each other.
Hard to assess, mostly young people work there. In the past 2-4 years the most older colleagues left after being with the company for 10-20 years, as work atmosphere became more negative.
Middle management tries hard but their job is made impossible by upper leadership. The good people leave for greener pastures.
Rather old office and cheap IT equipment, a move to a newer venue is planned though.
Decisions are either delayed, communicated very late, or not communicated at all. Frequently waiting for feedback despite multiple follow ups. Includes important topics such as extensions of contract, raises, promotions etc. Very intransparent decision making.
Diversity represented on lower levels with people coming across the globe, however leadership is mostly British or North American, I.e. the higher up the less diverse it gets.
One of the most exciting work areas you can find, great topic to work with and for.
Nothing
Unprofessional, lacking management skills, immature management, disrespectful toward others.
Try to respect and follow what you call "values" which you don't follow and change from time to time. educate yourselves about what management should be. People are leaving for a reason so better improve yourselves
From the system point of view, you will never learn anything to develop your professional career. If this is the first time you work as an IT in your life. Maybe. otherwise Never
just very basic like any other basic company. Nothing wow there
no older people
Unprofessional, very immature, lacking the basic management skills as well as professional skills, Not admitting their failure, they don't even know what they want.
Interessante Branche, flexible Arbeitszeiten
Überstundenkappung zum Quartalsende.
Gehaltsstruktur überdenken
Zunehmende Unzufriedenheit im Kollegentum.
Besser als Tatsächliche Bedingungen.
Überstunden werden zum Quartalsende einfach gestrichen.
Kaum Aufstiegschancen
Unterdurchschnittliches Gehalt für untere Positionen
Nimmt langsam zu - trotzdem eine Vielzahl vermeidbarer Dienstreisen (internationale Flüge)
Kommt auf die Abteilung an. Sehr hohe Fluktuationsrate.
Kaum ältere Kollegen.
Kommt auf die Abteilung an
Steigende Digitalisierung, Arbeitsprozesse aber sehr old-school.
Mangelware - Plötzliche Umstrukturierungen werden kaum kommunikativ begleitet.
Mitarbeiter ohne Behinderung werden zunehmend benachteiligt.
Inklusion und Para-Sport
