No further development. If you don't disagree, you get a better title, but continue to work like an intern. You are not allowed to decide anything in the company despite the "head-of" title. But on the other hand, this also makes it an easy job - create a draft and send it to the founders - THEN THEY JUST DO YOUR JOB.
