- Stop convincing colleagues just by planing an even bigger picture right after achieving a big one. Instead make a summary, pointing out tops and flops, reward MVPs.
- Stop finding excuses if colleagues come up with request / requirement. Instead think about the reasons behind and possible solutions. Be honest.
- Stop keeping introducing new procedures and easily giving up the valuable ones. Think twice before spending lot of resources carrying them out and end up after a period of time with nothing.

The company is running in a conservative and old-fashioned way. Hierarchies are here and there.

Salary is in general way below average. The company shortens the difference in panic only when a lot of colleagues leave at the same time. An individual Improvement usually takes place in a passive way, which means you have to ask for it yourself again, again and again.

The company has a much better image outwards. Hardly met a colleague in past years who makes a comparable judgement.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company pays less attention to individual development. Further education that goes beyond its own product OR costs is not appreciated. How long one stays has more effects than competences when it comes to internal promotion (which is also very rare).
