From a startup to a slow authority
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
How they were in the past
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
How they have evolved over the past years
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Maybe see your employees as a important pillar and not as just a number that can get replaced with an cheaper team based anywhere else in the world.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Within the Team everything is more or less fine, as soon as Management or any other Teams that do decisions start 'work' it's getting worse for clients and employees.
Kommunikation
The policy seems like, inform only about the stuff that no one asks and hide the important information.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the Team that works ok, as far as its cross brand (within the group) or with other teams, just forget about it.
Work-Life-Balance
Theres a lot of work but no one will force you to overtime.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
mostly comprehensible on the lower level, as far as you go up in management, don't expect anything.
Interessante Aufgaben
as far as everything is new, it's quite difficult and tricky but you'll have to explain the same stuff over and over again.
Arbeitsbedingungen
new hardware, common software suites
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
they are telling ESG and stuff but i am not aware of anything
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are not increasing with skill
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Horrible. Promises that has been made are not fulfilled, HR and other departments seems actively blocking a career path.
As coachings, you've the possibility to use LinkedIn Learning (it starts and ends there, thats all to strengthen your skills)
