Very Disappointing Experience

Employees don't matter. Management is not trustworthy and unprofessional.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
High-pressure, unorganised and chaotic working environment
Kommunikation
No communication or good work-flow between departments and even within the same department (especially from management). A lot of politics between managers.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There's general trust between colleagues in the same team and level (only!) due to the fact that they're all experiencing high pressure and very stressful times, making them stick together.
Work-Life-Balance
Very long working hours (not compensated) and outside working hours "events" that keep the employees spending also their free time at the company. No respect for private life or sickness for calls/meetings scheduling and work load distribution.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Poor management, complete lack of communication from execs. General lack of trust and plenty of last-minute changes of mind.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are challenging and can be at times interesting, but most of the time clearly lacking a focus or general direction and even a purpose.
Gleichberechtigung
There is different treatment in regards to nationality.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some two events per year where you are requested to take days from your free time (week ends) to travel to another city and have a company event on Saturday.

No initiatives.

Below industry standards.
