In the companies it is often hard to keep the things creative and easygoing but also productive and efficient. Kontist manages that perfectly. There's always room for innovation and you feel like doing your best. What motivates you is not the discipline, rules, money or control-mechanisms whatsoever. It is simply, you feel like keep doing a great job for your friends and having fun.

Very friendly and decent. There is always sufficient amount of social, psychological and psychical components to make you feel comfortable and productive.

Clear and friendly. Even about negative topics; always constructive.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Instead of seeing each other as "only the people who we work together", we see each other as friends. We look forward for occasions to be together also out of the work, and have so much fun together when we have the chance.
Work-Life-Balance
I think generally in the company culture it doesn't matter from where you work, or what time you start etc. Important thing is that you do your job properly and feel responsible for the whole thing. If you are a responsible person and don't need any rules to keep you disciplined, then you will have a great work-life balance here.
Interessante Aufgaben
You will always assigned tasks properly for your field and expertise. However you are always supported to try new things. I have seen lots of examples of cross-departmental involvement and collaborations for example.
Maybe some tasks are boring as everywhere, but you are always free to get creative and make them more fun.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I don't know what exactly old means. Generally the vibe is young and energetic and people from all age groups are appreciated.

Well it is a Fintech company... There are always up to date tools and equipment.

Kontist Stiftung is a great example of how socially responsible Kontist is. Entire project is there to support self-employed in their career paths. There have been hundreds of free events and projects organised for this cause.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
As I have mentioned before, Kontist, really supports and invests on its employees. Not just looking for draining their experience and expertise but help them develop themselves. I have gained lot's of experience and learned a lot from different company dynamics. These aspects are not only going to help me a lot in my career path but also in my over-all life.
