Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work environment is rather unhealthy. No matter how early you come to the office, if you leave around 6pm or 7pm, everybody thinks you are not working hard. They expect you to stay in the office late and come on Saturday and Sundays, with no consideration to your time.

A lot of people, including me, got tricked thinking it is a great work opportunity because of their reputation and projects all over Europe. However, it is not worth it. Plenty of other offices with great projects and respect their employees at least..
Work-Life-Balance
very poor work-life balance. You are expected to dedicate your life to the office. Few times I didn't even have a lunch break, and few times I had to cancel my doctor appointments because of the amount of work I was expected to do. Going to doctor or having any appointments during work hours is not welcomed, which makes it impossible to have a life if workhours are never ending.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No opportunity to take any educational courses. I wasn't allowed to take a language course after work, because I wouldn't allow me to work extra hours.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
lowest pay I have ever seen in Berlin. You might think you will get promoted or get a raise after your probation period, but the increase is a joke.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
not ethically and socially aligned with my principle. For example, giving interns 20hr/week contract and paying them very poorly, and then saying they have to work 40hr/week actually.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Few people in the office have worked there for few years, but most of the colleagues are new. This is due to people leaving in less than a year from working there. Employee retention rates are very low.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
not a lot of interaction between colleagues because everyone is so busy and stressed.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Few time the office principles would ignore me and my colleagues and not even say good morning, or thank you.
Arbeitsbedingungen
crazy hours, no benefits and minimum wage salaries.
Kommunikation
very basic communication. No feedback provided or clear agenda for projects.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometime there are interesting project, and sometime they send you to the storage facility and ask you to measure shelves for a week.
