Lots of pressure. One's own initiative was often ignored, sometimes frowned upon, as good as never lauded.

Vacation was possible as expected. Work times were okay. Family often wasn't considered, as far as I could tell.

No continuing training, no further education, no personal development.

Work collegues were really great.

Honest feedback and constructive criticism were not appreciated, and not considered at all.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Shared rooms with a recording studio, and had to use private equipment for long time without reimbursement, before getting a work computer.
Kommunikation
Tasks were mostly clearly verbalized. But project planning was rather random, often no time to finish one thing before another starts.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary wasn't much, but it was okay. No raise ever. Social security et cetera was paid, of course. Always on time, too.
Gleichberechtigung
Only ever saw one woman in the company, and she didn't stay long.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks were mostly quite interesting. How to accomplish them was mostly up to employees, except if management had their own ideas.
