Great interaction with each other, motivated and smart people who are extremely friendly and helpful

Kommunikation

It could be better top-down sometimes, but a lot of work is being done, and we have, per se, a very open, transparent communication. Plus, the founders take time to plan coffee chats with the employees. Especially in a growth phase, you have to work on it, but all in all, it's good and way better than in my previous companies.

Would describe it as very good - each team seems very close.

Could be more diverse, but we are already super international and have many female leaders as well
