First of all, don't work there.
Stressful work.
Poor and bad management.
No appreciation to the team or individuals for any achievements happened.
No communication between teams.
Prioritisation keep changing everyday leads of frustration of what should be focused on.
All projects are so important and all of them are dependent on each other.
Unrealistic deadlines plus unclear requirements.
You can't know where the company heading to is because there's no clear or transparent vision.
Too many hierarchy level for a startup company.
Slow in decisions.
