No transparency about salaries. The salary gap between project managers (mainly female) and IT (mainly male) is big though. C Level was mainly male and white. The teams consist of many people that are originally from countries where the salary is usually not as high as in Germany (South and east Europe as well as South America and western africa). It is nice to have such a diversity inside a company but the higher the level the less divers it was. I hope to see this change in the future while the company is growing.
