Employees are seen as expendable means to reach higher EBT and so increase the profitability which in turns enables top level managers to get higher bonuses. Not a healthy environment for anyone.

Almost toxic, mainly propagated by management and higher structures.

It exists in forms of Fireside chats and IT All hands, but serious questions are either ignored or answered in the worst possible way.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are good but there are no incentives or possibilities for team building.
Work-Life-Balance
Absolutely awful. There is a general expectation that employees are always available, also on weekends, holidays, during night etc. Rarely directly requested (because it's illegal), but always expected.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Super arrogant and completely detached from reality. They live in their own bubble and get easily offended when people complain or say they are not happy.
Interessante Aufgaben
Partially very old technology stack, a lot of legacy that is not touched until it completely breaks. There are only talks about renewal but nothing is being done because it costs money and this is something Limango MDs prefer to keep for their bonuses.
Gleichberechtigung
Not as good as it should be. No female MD and only one female director.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are very few old colleagues so difficult to judge
Arbeitsbedingungen
The expectation is to "burn for the company", to "go an extra mile" etc. Rarely if ever is this actually compensated. There is definitely way more to do than the actual capacity, but the management simply doesn't want either to increase the capacity or decrease the workload. People end up with burn out if they don't leave the company before that happens.

No waste separation, still a lot of paper being used.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Unless you are an MD, do not hope for even a market relevant salary. If you are looking for a market average, don't even look at Limango.

The company is constantly ridiculed among employees. I don't remember a positive talk about the company at all.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you start as a junior, there are some ways to climb up the ladder. But once you hit the senior level, that's it. Nominally, there is a possibility to do some trainings and education, but mostly those are internal offers without recognised certification and employees are expected to do trainings outside working hours.
