Working for a few years at limehome (full time), I can recommend it as a working place

Improve the "days off" policy with seniority (it is one of the rare areas where limehome is worse than the average).

Very transparent communication that allows everyone to understand where the company is and what comes next (company wide updates every second week).
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Usually no issue between colleagues and all working towards a common goal.
Work-Life-Balance
The high expectations might make it sometimes difficult but there is usually no pressure to provide work out of working hours (rather the opposite: pushing for people to avoid working out standard hours).
The flexible working hours and remote working possibilities (up to full time) help a lot to manage in a positive way the work-life balance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
For me, I always had a lot of ownership in my team decisions and goals but it of course depends on the team and manager. In some cases, it might be more complicated and "conflicts" might arise but then the management always tries to reach a peaceful resolution of the issue.
Interessante Aufgaben
Plenty of interesting project and a lot of future possibilities considering the fast growth of the company.
Gleichberechtigung
There has been a strong push recently to increase the share of female employees across departments and in the leadership. Still limited improvements on the leadership side but for example the tech department has about as many female and male workers which is rare and shows the company focus on this area.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Wages in the tech/product department is satisfactory. Additional benefits are also available (but obviously limited compared to large companies). The days off policy could be better (more than minimum but not much more).
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The relatively small size of the company makes some career development difficult. However, the company offers for all positions a leadership and an expert track which enables employees to grow (& wages to increase with more responsibilities) without too much blockers (e.g. because there cannot be too many people managers). Also, the company is usually open to make organizational adjustments if fitting to the employees needs (for high performers) and swapping between departments is also possible even if not being so frequent.
If you are a high performer (pushing to reach more than usual expectations), you definitely will be able to find good career development at limehome.
