We are more than 270 limehomies working from our offices in Munich and Madrid as well as remotely from other European countries, united by the mission "to design a convenient and comfortable experience for our guests with a digital-first approach".

limehome operates fully equipped design apartments with its innovative digital hotel concept. Therefore we rent commercially usable spaces on a long-term basis and develop these together with the real estate partner into high quality and modern design apartments.

At the same time, limehome installs its digital infrastructure for automatic as well as smooth operations and the best possible customer experience, from booking to departure. We rent our apartments to business as well as to leisure travellers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, just like a hotel.

We operate limehomes in more than 300 locations with more than 8000 apartments in 11 European countries - more to come.

We are building the next generation of hospitality platforms by leveraging frameworks, such as Serverless or Nest.js, and tackling complex problems related to building an e-commerce travel website, a new innovative hospitality solution and microservices to deliver the best guest experience. We all work cross-domain and full-stack - we're always learning new things. Unverhältnismäßige Reaktionen vom Management, unfaires Vorführen. Generell scheint das Management teilweise planlos, wie man seine Mitarbeiter inspiriert und wertschätzt. Management ist überarbeitet.

was wirklich motivierend und toll wäre, wäre das Ausweiten vom remote Arbeiten (Weltweit und mehrmals im Jahr). Dass es bestimmte Grenzen geben muss, ist verständlich, aber hier kann man evtl. noch einmal schauen, ob dies nicht doch noch etwas gelockert werden kann.

Vor allem in Positionen mit viel Reisetätigkeit sind wir weit entfernt von einem nine to five Job. Das Arbeitsvolumen hat (in bestimmten Phasen) definitiv Auswirkungen auf das Privatleben. Was bei Limehome allerdings besonders ist: jeder hat sein Arbeitspensum selbst in der Hand, man wird nicht zur Mehrarbeit gedrängt, sie wird auch nicht erwartet. Ganz im Gegenteil - mein Team Lead steht voll und ganz hinter mit, hat meinen Workload im Blick und ermutigt mich regelmäßig Stunden abzubauen.

Limehome hat eine Vertrauensarbeitszeit. Das heißt, wenn man selbst dahinter ist, kann man definitiv eine gute Work-Life-Balance erzielen. Sicherlich ist der Workload auch hier und da mal entsprechend hoch - kaum verwunderlich bei einem erfolgreichen Startup - , doch mit der richtigen Einstellung lässt sich definitiv eine gesunde Arbeitsumgebung schaffen!
Der Benefit Urban-Sportsclub trägt ebenfalls zu einer einer guten Work-Life-Balance bei. Zumindest bei mir.

Okay, great events from time to time and you are also more or less flexible in your working hours but as said above be prepared to work (unpaid) overtime
Many overhours are required to get the job done however to the outside the company presents itself as a pioneer for a healthy work life balance with a "well-being week" per year...Many people are overworked, overhours are taken for granted and if you raise your voice about it you will not be taken seriously.
