The office is beautiful and most of the people are very nice but it is expected to work over time. Depending on your superior they will probably also have a close look at what you do with your time ;-)

As long as you don't speak up and only agree with what the management says you will be fine

At this point it seems like many people only stay because of their teams

Work-Life-Balance

Okay, great events from time to time and you are also more or less flexible in your working hours but as said above be prepared to work (unpaid) overtime

Depends on your superior, some are fine some are just micro managers, like in every company

Interessante Aufgaben

Strongly depends on your department but lots more interesting than in a big corporation

If you have a look at the upper management positions you can probably answer that question yourself

Dear (ex) limehomie!

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.

We are happy to hear that you are happy with your colleagues, our office, and the events and enjoy the broad tasks.

We are sorry to hear about the rest, especially that you apparently aren’t/ weren’t happy in your department. Please let me go into some of the points in a bit more detail

Career/development: I assume you are talking about our performance cycles. As you might know, we use the tool culture amp. This is the opposite of subjective feedback: You get peer feedback from up to 5 limehomies and additional feedback from your lead. All this will be taken into account at the moment of promoting somebody. We would appreciate it a lot if you could reach out to us to explain this more in detail.

Work-life balance: I want to be very clear here as it’s definitely not expected to do overtime at limehome. We have a hybrid working model, meaning every limehomie has the flexibility to start earlier and also leave earlier and the other way around. This might lead to the perception that people are working longer, even though they just might have started later. In addition, we offer our limehomies a lot of freedom in terms of self-organization and prioritization, meaning they learn how to prioritize accordingly to prevent over-hours.

Colleagues: Maybe this is your own perception, but that’s definitely not an overall opinion, taking into account the results from our engagement survey, other Kununu ratings and the general atmosphere in the office. It makes us honestly very sad that you have this perception.

Image: Within our branch we have a very good reputation as you could see in several articles. We are aware that we might not be as known as certain scale-ups here in Munich, but that’s also due to our growth plans, as we want to grow healthily to prevent layoffs etc.
