Clear contracts must be made for bonuses. Had to fight to get bonus from new management.
Corona bonus distribution conditions were only designed to benefit the company but not for employees.
More people must be hired for each domain so that it does not become a one person show.
IT team must be populated instead of depending on only one person who is not available when required.

Management should be more passionate to get win more projects and should be flexible in investing in training of employees and purchase of necessary automotive related softwares and hardwares. Feedback taken in annual reviews from employees must be implemented by the management.Salaries can be higher for freshers.
