However, it becomes challenging when certain colleagues prioritize their personal needs above working productively within the team and the office environment. Instead, they tend to engage in unproductive behavior, spending their time aimlessly in Zoom meetings. I believe it would be beneficial to have clearer guidance from managers regarding our expectations and established processes. Additionally, it is crucial for consistent action to be taken when individual colleagues do not comply with these requirements.

Logitech puts in a lot of effort to ensure that employees feel valued and supported, both inside and outside the office. From what I've heard, the company was not in the city some time ago and now it is in the city center, just 5 minutes away from Marienplatz. They provide various benefits such as a budget for home office equipment and sports equipment, meal vouchers, participation in a share program, and pension provisions.
However, one aspect that consistently disrupts the working atmosphere is the presence of colleagues who fail to appreciate these benefits. Instead, they choose to spend their day unproductively on Zoom calls and avoid personal interactions.
Kommunikation
A bit messy with a tendency to over-communicate. But Iin my view this is normal and anyone who has ever worked in a start-up or in a SMB can understand that this is not easy. I don't think it's a big challenge to organize yourself properly.... Logitech is up-to-date with all communication tools - but some coordination from management would be good.

Logitech is a US stock-led company, 13-week cycle, quarter-end, high performance requirements - and that's exactly what I want. I aim to excel, take on responsibilities, and make a meaningful impact. I find it puzzling that some comments here display a complete misunderstanding of performance requirements. Just because we sell gaming products doesn't mean we spend all day playing games. Additionally, the rigid work mindset evident in some comments indicates that those individuals prioritize a 9-5 schedule, leisure time, and the gym, which is perfectly fine, but it suggests that they might not be the right fit for this workplace.

When it comes to business, our managers are clear. We have set targets that we diligently follow throughout the quarter. In fact, there are numerous small tasks that each of us must initiate and pursue. Even within the country's management or the EMEA region, some individuals tend to delve deep into the details. This approach can sometimes be perceived as micromanagement, but most of our managers come from operational sales backgrounds, and there's always something valuable to learn from them.
However, what I feel is lacking is a stronger emphasis from management on ensuring everyone's equal commitment to the common goal and adherence to the established rules. There are a few individuals who have already disengaged or checked out, and it's important for the management to address this issue.

Working at Logitech is full of interesting copportunities - we are market leader in all relevant product areas. However, I think that some colleagues have forgotten what their job actually is. We should ensure sales, expand business with existing partners, open up new markets. Many seem to see themselves as relationship managers and are struggling to deal with partners' purchase negotiation tactics

The office space at the back of Bayerischer Hof is truly remarkable - it's ultra-modern with top-notch facilities. Each desk is height-adjustable, everyone can choose their laptop / mobile phone, best peripheral devices of course. Moreover, we receive meal vouchers, participate in the Logiweekend (which includes two additional days off every quarter, and the entire company takes time off), have a sports/wellness budget, retirement provisions, meal vouchers, share program, and access to drinks and coffee. We also enjoy regular lunches together and engaging team events (including the famous Wiesn!). Even when we go on business trips, the company ensures we stay in generous hotels. It's disheartening to see that many people take these incredible benefits for granted and still find reasons to complain.
