Endless transformation process, little chance for career development

In a process of transformation for several years. Many more hierarchies added, no overview in management, non-transparent communication, very burocratic with low efficiency. The working style of some top managers is terrible.

Be real and also talk about problems in the internal communications

Flexible working hours, 100% WFH possible, however some departments simply set restrictions for their own team

The TeamL level is usually fine. The levels above show little interest in what the team members at the lowest level are doing. They are always busy, can talk a good game, but rarely solve problems.

Internal training courses and LinkedIn learning are offered, but it’s difficult to get external training. It's hard to work your way up.
