Bad leadership, people are burned out
Arbeitsatmosphäre
current office set up does not allow for networking and mingling with colleagues from other teams (no community areas, only small coffee kitchens). Except for winter and summer parties not a lot is offered for employees.
Kommunikation
Mostly top-down communication. Feedback which is gathered by engagement surveys is hardly acted upon. Creates a feeling of feedback not being taken seriously.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Team spirit needs to be strong to be able to deal with the bad working conditions and incompetent managers.
Work-Life-Balance
Not existing. It is expected to work long hours. People in VP+ roles set bad examples by being online outside working hours, on weekends, during vacation.. and majority of them expecting the same from their teams.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most leaders in LucaNet should not be managing people (specifically on VP+ level), micromanaging, no interest in developing people, no appreciation for hard work. Unfortunately at LucaNet I had the worst experience with people managers throughout my career.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks and projects would be interesting if there would not be constant time pressure, bad planning, setting wrong priorities.. On top of that clear processes and structure is missing. You rarely have the feeling you achieved something meaningful.
Gleichberechtigung
very political company. People are promoted in leadership positions which clearly lack the required competencies, often only because they are friends with someone on executive level. Whereas people who would deserve to be developed and promoted are left out.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Flexible working model is great in theory but unfortunately is misused by certain managers expecting their team members to be constantly available.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
depends highly on the department and position.
Image
Product is still successful, company is well-funded, but very bad image as employer. A lot of great people left in the last months.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
except for LinkedIn Learning and educational budget you are not supported in developing your career.
