Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working environment is very pleasant even exhilarating. Unfortunately, there are no personal performance assessments so it is possible to be on the same team with the same salary with people on the mobile. Many events proposed (even too lavish for a small company) also make work enjoyable

Unfortunately in this modern age they don't know how to adapt to smart working. some of the workers can do it without any apparent limitation and some are categorically only in the office. For office work there are shifts until 10 pm for the German team and indefinite and harmful shifts for production / service for the international teams.

Despite having been lucky enough to be on a team with a team leader with a really big heart. Unfortunately there is no experience, there is no structure and there is absolutely no competence to manage the various characters in the team.
Interessante Aufgaben
On this point I can only give 5 stars. Because due to the lack of structure, all the tasks were within reach and it was possible to help and deal with all departments within the company. This is very useful for personal growth and not very useful for the growth of the company.

Despite the readiness and availability of the IT department, the work material in the office is really obsolete. the rule of the day are server blackouts and 2000s monitors.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is no separate waste collection, there are lights on from morning to night without any sense. There is no cleaning service.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Always punctual advance payment. Always at the minimum of the market. No possibility of increase. Nothing is offered other than the salary no tram ticket or meal voucher is offered, much less a Christmas bonus.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Unfortunately, here skills studies are not evaluated and there is no possibility of growth, despite being promised repeatedly. Although some tasks for a promotion have already been taken over (and quite pretending) by the operator.
