It was a greeat experience, were i had the opportunity to work together with amazing people, my colleagues partner managers, my imediate superior and also the CEO. It was a great place to learn and develop my sales skills and my interpersonal abilities.
My suggestion would be just keep maturing as you already are. The company is growing and now things that were easier in the organic way, will need ton became more inorganic and methodic.
They make you feel really welcomed and safe to be who you are, and specially, to learn by making mistakes
