There is no onboarding, nobody listens your problems, no solution creation, no understanding when you are sick, many last minute meetings and tasks, extreme workload
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Workload is high but people are trying to help you.
Work-Life-Balance
Does not exist. They expect you to work over hours but do not mention it or write it down.

Depending on your job, you get various (even too much) Aufgaben.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There is no scheme for Gehalt. people with way less experience than you can get more salary. They also do not increase salaries by time and rather let people go without a counter offer.
