Arbeitsatmosphäre
Never worked in a better production! I loved the vibe there. Everyone is young and friendly, which really makes a difference during long shifts. It’s a really chill place to work, and you feel the positive energy the moment you step in.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is pretty good. Management is fair and encourages staff to take their breaks regurarely, though during peak periods, work can take up a bit more time.

Really strong team spirit. Everyone gets along well and it makes work a lot more fun. People stick together and you always feel included and part of the team.

They really looked out for us, always fair and really supportive. They're always approachable, ready to help out. They make sure we have everything we need and are quick to resolve any issues we face. To encourage us during though hot days, they were always getting us treats and ice creams!
Arbeitsbedingungen
The conditions are good. It's comfortable and I always had what I needed to do my job well. I worked there in summer, and we always had AC and ventilation on.
Kommunikation
Communication was pretty good. I always knew what was going on concerning my work. Sometimes things get a bit delayed, but nothing major. If you have a problem, you can always go to the management team and they will help you out.

Hostile work environment, absolute chaos, no accountability

Arbeitsatmosphäre
Horrible work environment. Everyone hates being there and says so all the time. Even the shift management is constantly complaining about having to work there. There is a general lack of professionalism, it ranges from a constant passive aggressive tone to yelling at people.

Don't believe anything they promise you. Always ask for signed documents.

There is so much waste which could easily be reduced. Also the hostile work environment leads to many mistakes which then result in huge parts of the production being thrown away

There are daily fights and bullying from shift management, but between production staff people tend to stick together.

Worst leadership I have ever witnessed. People are motivated through fear. People have been bullied to the point of crying and no accountability was taken. There is no real onboarding and some people aren't even shown where the bathroom and kitchen are, or how they can take breaks. Management vents their stress and frustration constantly to their staff and by this, create a hostile work environment.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It's very stressful to work here, mostly because management is so chaotic and doesn't plan well. They stress everyone instead of just planning a bit better and work smarter. If you are close to management, they might let you leave early and they will come chat with you a lot. If they don't like you, they will constantly berate you or make you feel bad for things everyone does (like chatting with colleagues).

Shift management is stressed out all the time. When something goes wrong, there is no communication but just chaos, which just makes everything worse. Shift plans are published way too late and are full of mistakes which then turn into chaos and subsequent changes of the shift plan are not communicated correctly. The limited contracts of all seasonal workers this summer were cancelled prematurely after a successful probation time. We were then promised a "bonus" but in the end it was not paid to everyone and no explanation was given.
