The company should value its applicants. Their manners are rude, abrupt, they are never prepared for the interviews themselves. the interviewers did not even greet me in the end, even when we were face to face. Unacceptable. No work life balance at all.

Good thing first: the recruiter was extremely reliable and a pleasure to interact with.
However, generally: please be more precise in your job descriptions. If you are looking for a Hunter/Channel Sales Professional, you shouldn't advertise it as a partner management position.

Worst part, clearly: I'm not buying your Directors confrontative stance, at all. Even if the position was a fit, I would have avoided working for/with somebody who uses every opportunity to interpret my statements in the least favorable manner ("so you're saying marketing is stupid?", "why are you changing companies so often?") That left me with an extremely bad aftertaste and I'm grateful we agreed to not follow this up.

It's great to hear that you perceived our process as fast, we always try our best to give candidates a quick response and to value each others time.

We apologize that you felt that the atmosphere during the interview wasn't pleasant, as we always try to create an environment in which the candidates feel comfortable. We sometimes might question a reaction or statement from a candidate during the interview, but it is never our intention to interpret these statements in an unpleasant matter but rather always try to stay professional.
