Very good opportunities to tailor-make the own training modules for the own training needs to the benefit of the company and the single employee. Team Leads guide and coach you so that you can get the best training for your needs.
Limited career opportunities at the moment due to the small size of the company. Some career development opportunities within Swiss Re would be great.
