The atmosphere is quite relaxing.
The standard is not so high so sometimes you can be really flexible and chill.

Working schedule is very bad. One week plan in advance only. However, you can always ask to change shift if it's possible, they will consider it.
You will get along with some of the people very well and some you cannot even stand looking at. There are always groups of colleagues and you are lucky if you belongs to one.
Hardly any crew meeting and if any, only talk about goals and unimportant stuffs instead of trying to solve basic problems.
