Bright and beautiful office. Warm colleagues who made my start very easy.
Work-Life-Balance
I worked as a temp and was given a lot of responsibility right away, but I was never overworked or strained and my days off were respected. I was very enthusiastic about the work, so I wanted to do more from time to time, and then was kindly admonished to be mindful of my time off.

I can't say much about that, but during my time here I was able to learn a great deal

I was paid very fairly for my temp job, overtime was paid without discussion.

The atmosphere among the staff is good. I was immediately welcomed in a friendly manner and integrated into everyday office life and treated well. Everyone has been very sincerely fair and well behaved.

I got along very well with the supervisors. I appreciate the open and direct communication and have not felt patronized. My objections and suggestions for improvement were heard as constructive and implemented.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Bright and beautiful office. I was provided with all the necessary working materials such as laptop etc.. I had my own desk but also the possibility to sit and work on the roof terrace or in the lounge area.
Kommunikation
Many innovations and new impressions with announcements from different people sometimes caused confusion in communication. All colleagues appreciate open communication and conversations, so everything could be clarified quickly.

All colleagues are treated equally, the team is open and friendly.
Interessante Aufgaben
Right from the start, I was given very exciting and varied tasks that gave me the opportunity to learn a lot. Great care was taken to ensure that I wasn't overburdened during my start, and they were happy to help me with time management and work allocation.

They hire people and terminate within probation period irrespective of the performance without giving any reason. I would suggest they need to change and improve a lot. Employees are not treated good. No Trust in employees, no flexibility, no budget

The management needs to train themselves and learn leadership essentials, plan and draw goals, mission and vision. Please treat employees well. Processes needs to be more streamlined. Many things done manually.

Attitude toward employees (seeing them as disposable), knowledge of social media and what users look for (none), knowledge of marketing strategy and communication (none), willingness to do things professionally (none). Very suspicious as a whole, unlike any other business I've been part of. You get the feeling you're hired to "play" your position but shouldn't expect to actually do the things you're being paid to do, or at least shouldn't expect to ever finalize anything. Kind of scammy.

For starters, stop copying from others and pretending this was your plan all along.

Weird. 30 Russian developers who never talk, a few managers who have no clue about social media trends and a small marketing team trying to pretend it's all normal.

Not sure if there is an image to speak of, have the feeling they are deliberately trying to stay under the radar for whatever reason.

The tasks are interesting but only until you realize that they never lead to actual results because management changes their minds all the time and they promise huge budgets for many things which in the end never materialize. It's a pattern that makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes and leads to lots of rumors. It can be very demotivating.

Crazy rumors are going around about the management team- that’s actually entertaining but worrisome.

Hire and Fire company, no innovation, new ideas and creativity are not welcomed. They stand in their own way of success. They have no clue and won’t even pretend they know what they are doing. Companies like this happen when rich people get bored. On top of everything you got to work with your own hardware cause they won’t give you a laptop.
