We always try to find a good solution together with our employees. Therefore, open feedback is very valuable for all of us, and we always get very good impulses for changes! I would like to comment on some of the above points.

On the subjects of working atmosphere, cohesion among colleagues and communication: You gave us only one star in these areas. We would really like to understand even better where the bad rating comes from.
We are a young company with an open and flexible working atmosphere. Our open working culture means that most of the time it is not only one person´s input but working together across teams is crucial to make it to the final product success. Therefore, we focus on our team collaboration & communication. We have frequent weekly team meetings for the whole company to keep everyone informed on any company & team updates and, at the same time everyone can share their ideas.
From a social perspective, we have a diverse team, we spend time with each other by organising lunches, or meeting in the kitchen or social areas of our office to have a casual drink together or organising kicker matches.

On the subjects of interesting tasks our colleagues have expressed their opinions on our website where they responded to the question on what they find interesting about working in our company. Those responses are visible to everyone, however to summarize couple of points: "to introduce innovative digital solutions in the healthcare market", "excited about the opportunity to build new, innovative products right from the start".
It is a pity that you were dissatisfied at this point. It would have been nice if you had addressed this more directly in your 1:1s discussions with your manager. This is the only way we can work together on a solution.

On the subject of career/further education: We reflect on the individual level of career development of each employee every six months in the employee appraisals and also during 1:1s. Additionally, we have an annual budget for training and further education for each one of our employees. We also offer the option for our international talent to attend German language courses if they wish to do so.

On the subjects of working conditions and salary/social benefits: We invest a lot in our premises, it is very important to us that everyone feels comfortable. Since January 2020 we have moved to a new modern office location within Düsseldorf which is easily accessible by any means of transport or by car (available parking slots within the same building). Our office is equipped with recycling bins and energy-efficient lamps which are automatically closed when not in use.
We use the latest working equipment and gadgets. Every employee, when joining the company, has the choice of choosing their own hardware which they feel more comfortable to work with. Latest noise cancelling headphones are offered as a personal welcome gift during induction.
With regards to salary and our benefits in general: We offer competitive salaries together with employer funded pension, flexible working hours, home office opportunity, additional holidays, lunch allowance and free drinks and free fruit in the office.
As an addition, to promoting environment and social awareness, we offer public transport ticket subsidy. However, to give the flexibility for those who need to travel by car we offer reduced parking costs.
