Employees are fantastic. They build a good atmosphere for themselves while the management are absent or maybe ignorant. One day per week homeoffice. Flexible working time. IT Juniors can learn fast. If there is a good line manager, you can work with new technologies.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The management is built on acquaintance! Produced a long list of very bad decisions and horrible chaotic situations. Fake transparency that leads always to the opposite of what was promised, especially around strategies. IT seniors have no time to improve themselves. The company tries to minimize the costs by cutting salaries budget.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
In order to be a good IT company you have to praise the Techs! Define communication processes among Techs departments and non-Tech ones. Be transparent and let people know about their future. Be closer to the employees and talk more to them: why they are demotivated? why they get sick too often? why they are looking for other jobs? why they have bad image about the company? Learn about the notion: employee retention! why is it easy for net-m to lose experienced employees?
