Super nice, hope that resume my experience
Yes, some people in Astraia have many years there already and they look happy
Perfect, they respect completely your working hours
The company provide some German courses for the ones who are foreigners
I had the change to increase my salary showing that I can do a good job for the company
I would say that yes, they do
I managed to do even friends there not just colleagues :)
This is like a small family I would say, my experience is the best!!
The heads are very communicative and they always give the change to share ideas with them.
I have everything that I need, computer, coffee, space and some sweets close to the coffee machine :P
Always super easy to communicate with my heads, basically to stand up from my office and knock their doors if I need to ask something :)
I saw many colleagues growing here (Men and Women), if you show that you are good then you will :)
Astraia is a very interesting product, always there is something to learn
Colleagues are approachable and willing to help. With glass doors everywhere, you can easily talk to anyone anytime.
Overall very good.
There is a children playroom in the office with toys and a TV. Anybody can bring their kids to the office. Even CEO does it sometimes.
The management is nice. They set clear goals and push but not too hard.
Transparent. We all know what we are expected to do
Overall the salary is competetive for Munich.
Since the software is science-based, many tasks are both challenging and interesting. Working on them has taught me a lot about women’s health. As a man, I've learned many new things about pregnancy and the female body that I hadn’t known before.
Very good atmosphere between colleagues. Some are not only colleagues, they have become friends.
Very highly valued software by doctors all over the world
Flexible working time and home office 2 times a week (40%)
The company listens when somebody wants a change of position. It is a rather small company though, so there is not a huge room for growth, if that's what you're looking for.
Fair salaries. Probably higher in other companies, but flexible working times, home office and a great atmosphere between colleagues and with management (small company) are also non-monetary benefits.
At the moment there is no recycling, though the company tries not to waste water or energy (heating, electricity, etc).
Good team work, although there could be better work communication. Lunch break often together.
Colleagues that have been in the company for a long time are valued and acknowledged
There is a correct setting of goals
Very nice, spacious office in Ismaning, with 2 kitchens, a dining room, relaxing corners with sofas, and a children's room full of games and entertainment in case a parent needs to bring their children to the office.
Communication from the top has improved a lot with the new management.
Teams have regular meetings about goals, task progress, results, etc.
I have no information about salaries, but young women are hired with the same opportunities, and protected during pregnancy and maternity leave. Both men and women have positions of power.
Working in women's health is fulfilling
I feel heard and seen. My superior trusts me.
Our software is important for doctors and has a good reputation so it's a good reason to feel proud to work at astraia.
I think it's one of the main assets of the company.
40% home office. Flexible working hours.
I learned a lot these last months. It is possible to grow within the company even if you speak only English. Speaking German is certainly a plus, but if you don't, it's also fine.
Team spirit is growing. Still room for improvement.
Management gives goals that are quite clear and try to give more responsibilites and also appreciate initatives. If something is not going in the right direction, they are able to communicate it respectfully and try to support the employee in reaching his goals.
Well-decorated offices with a room especially for children if parents need to bring their kids at work. Which makes astraia a family-friendly place.
The office is in Ismaning. In theory the connection is direct with the S8, but the S-Bahn is often late which can make your journey a bit challenging sometimes.
Regular meetings, all topics discussed quite openly.
I'm satisfied with what I receive. I could maybe earn a little bit more somewhere else, but would then probably lose some of the benefits of astraia (such as work-life balance) which are non-negotiable for me.
Women have responbilities here and are in my opinion treated equally to men. The opposite would be rather shocking for a company with a software dedicated to women's health.
