Great possibilities, but no cigar
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In April and May 2016 I´ve been going through a series of interviews with NumberFour. The whole process was rather lengthy and multi-stage, but overall very pleasant.
It follows a rather standard pattern: first preliminary, semi-automatic filters, to see if you even remotely match the job description. Second you go through an HR filter. This one was quite entertaining and unusual in its content. Do not expect the typical "what is your biggest weakness" or "what do you see yourself doing in 5 years". Finally you get to the technical interview. The guys there are brilliant, extremely experienced and will immediately detect any skills you may lack. Such was my case. They zeroed in on a particular weakness of mine, which speaks volumes about their knowledge.
Still, I made it to the final stage, which is the on-site interview in Berlin.
However at this stage, do to external reasons, I withdrew.
In summary, the totality of the proces was professional, well organized and tailored to my particular situation (8 hours of time zone difference). The company gave me a very good impression and I will consider replying, as soon as my circumstances change.
