I like the company's goals and the opportunity to grow while achieving them. The openness of the employees is also great. During the hiring process, I had the chance to talk to many people and got answers to all my countless questions.

The work atmosphere in the office is very pleasant. The office management team is extremely friendly and always smiling, ready to help with any small details. Overall, all my colleagues were kind to me, eager to get to know me and engage in small talk. The office is spacious and airy, with well-equipped workstations featuring monitors, docking stations, and cameras. I particularly enjoyed the abundance of indoor plants, making the office feel very green and pleasant to be in. The kitchen is stocked with fruits and other snacks, and you can enjoy a delicious coffee. There’s plenty of kitchen equipment, so you can bring your own ingredients and cook lunch or dinner for the whole team :)

Communication was excellent, I quickly found common ground with everyone. You can ask a million questions and get a million answers :)
The HR team made an excellent impression on me, and the recruiter’s work deserves special recognition - presentation, office tour, genuine concern about how the hiring process was going, and excellent feedback. It was a pleasure working with such a professional and getting to know the company from the inside in such a high-quality manner!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is not easy to assess team cohesion in a short period of time, especially since some people come to the office while others prefer working from home. However, in my opinion, this doesn’t prevent the team from appearing cohesive, particularly within my own team, so my experience has been positive. As is common in the IT sector, everyone communicates politely and respectfully, people smile, and share good jokes with each other. I’ve seen photos from corporate events and team runs - the atmosphere at these gatherings is friendly and fun. :)

Everything is fine with this; no one works overtime without their own consent.

Management behaves transparently, I like how the dialogue goes, there is no pressure, and my opinion is taken into account when making technical decisions.
