Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

One has a close relationship with their manager and can learn a lot from them. Also one is given a lot of autonomy to work on the projects that excite them but at the same time align with the company's goals. There are also a lot of events, such as running events, monthly gatherings of the whole office and others that make work feel a bit more of a relaxed space. Also the employer always understands if one has a medical appointment they need to attend and always is willing to provide sick leave or allow home office days.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

More women in management positions would be great to see! Also there could be a bit more cooperation between certain departments. Sometimes it felt a bit like everyone is polarised in their own office as opposed to them working together.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Could be good to offer more cross-departmental rotation or events for interns for them to learn also the functions of other teams. Having some sort of a coaching program for interns could be beneficial so they feel like they fit in within the company more.
