Kommunikation

We have monthly company meetings where departments and management share updates so everyone's on the same page + the department team leads share additional updates to ensure information flows smoothly. You can easily get in touch with the department leads and management, and there's a lot of open sharing of information.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The company is very international and English is the common language. Sometimes you need to put more effort into understanding and accepting others because of a language barrier or a different mentality, culture and background. But most of the time colleagues are supportive and friendly :)

Flexible working hours, the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week, although it's preferable to work from the office, as it helps to solve any issues/discuss questions quicker

The management is open to new methodologies, and trends, invests a significant amount of time into (self-) development of employees, encourages the teams to participate in conferences

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office has separate rooms for teams and focus rooms for holding meetings. The equipment is new and modern + home office equipment (incl. desk, chair) is included. The only thing missing is air conditioning.

I was really impressed that the company not only defined its core values and made them visible to everyone, but also makes sure that colleagues and potential candidates are good social feet. You can really feel that people working here are connected and want to spend time together, not only at work (as we have many company, team events).

Karriere/Weiterbildung

We have a lot of working students who then go on to work full-time. The management is interested in training people within the company (including internal workshops) and at external conferences, courses and seminars.
