Very warm atmosphere with lots of startup vibe. Very appreciative and motivating CEO.

Open and direct communication and feedback culture. Daily but very lean virtual standup meeting to keep everyone in the loop.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Even being a freelancer I immediately felt like part of the team. The company has flat hierarchies and a good sense of working together as a team in order to do what needs to be done to deliver an awesome solution.

Flexible vacation and work from home policies. Still, the work needs to get done, for sure.

Flat hierarchies and a lot of appreciation. Feels like working together as a team rather than "fulfilling tasks" for your "boss".

peekd has such a unique and valuable service offering with so much potential. I truly believe they are on the verge to completely disrupting the industry. Couldn't imagine something more interesting than being part of this journey.

Typical backyard office in Kreuzberg with lots of startup vibe. You can choose your technical equipment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
If you are solely optimizing for salary peekd is probably not your best choice. Even though I don't know many startups able to the salaries peeked does while running a profitable business. As in every startup, it's the share package that makes things exciting.

peekd is at this point not broadly know within the public. Those who do know it speak very highly of it.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It really comes down to you - I think there is a huge potential to develop and take on new tasks if you want that and push for it.
