Huge improvement in the last year. The new management brought strong focus on people, communication and teaming. Investing a lot on changing culture. This is very appreciated. Morale is still low due to weak business results

We moved from old style top down communication to build an environment that allows open communication. Management is listening and people slowly starts to feel safer to speak up. Lot of options to provide feedback and initiatives to improve 2-way communication. Huge change

Getting better. Within my team great. Cross team collaboration significantly improved
Work-Life-Balance
Pega is trying hard to respect work-life balance and wellbeing. We have quarterly Pega Wellness Days, monthly no meeting Fridays, though some managers do not always respect It.
I think there is room for improvement. Still too many weekend emails

Lot of opportunities to help and collaborate. Lot of charity work and initiatives driven by Pega global and DACH team.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Very difficult to achieve your OTE. Base salary is very competitive, but Pega sales cycles are too long and most of the times is very difficult to close business. The majority of the sales team is not achieving targets and that has a huge financial impact

We have a very focused strategy. Our customers are the biggest organizations in DACH and within we have a very strong image: we are not known in the market, but customer advocacy is very strong.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The management started to prioritize internal development vs hiring from outside. Since new DACH leader, the organization flattened and people were given the chance to grow, change roles and develop. Still difficult to see next steps from a career development perspective.
