Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Salary is okay, the team is usually cool but negatively impacted by the bad culture

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- bad corporate-style culture. If you're friends with the management you can day-drink in the office and sleep on the sofa, if you're not your below expectations whatever you do
- OKRs are changed on will regularly
- leadership team continuously breaks the processes they are promoting and don't see any problem with this fact
- leadership team talks bad about their employees towards other colleagues
- new hires on management level are mostly "friends of friends" who don't need to prove their capabilities
- more and more hierarchy levels are invented
- very intransparent communication while transparency is promoted
- feedback is not taken seriously, often rejected harshly, and people are blamed for having the question in the first place
- your actual performance and knowledge and the perception of the management often differs immensely, which means anything can happen and you can never feel secure
