many materials end up as waste if the resulting product does not meet the sales standard. shipping is also not organised sustainably. products are unpacked, the packaging is thrown away and new material is used for packaging and storage.

for inexplicable reasons, many of the colleagues were no longer booked after years of regular freelance work.
the remaining colleagues often showed no reaction. they did not follow up on the dismissal and did not help the fired employee. in addition, many did not comment on why some colleagues or artist left the team or gallery roster very abruptly.
employed colleagues and remaining freelancers were silenced with a financial bonus.
