Very relaxed work situation, the colleagues and how they interact, the general feeling of belonging with a company.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Some employees are being shouted at and treated very different from others. I would critically monitor the leads behavior and change that.

Respect and treat ALL employees the same and establish some kind of schedule on how tasks are proceeded.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very chill. Everybody is working on their tasks and nobody is being monitored. You have to have your own time management but apart from that it's very relaxed.

Normal working schedule, 40 hr week, but flexible arrival/leaving times on trust-basis.

It's a safe and relaxed job but without major development-opportunities.

From day one i felt very integrated and welcome.

It's a family-company so they practise what they preach.

Very different, depending on who you ask. Some people are liked more than others.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice quiet office, you can listen to your own music as long as you are working efficiently. Building is very old but being renovated in some parts. Coffee and Water are free.
Kommunikation
Could be better, due to the fact that some of the employees only speak broken english and no german at all.
Gleichberechtigung
As mentioned before, the lead of the company treats some people very different from others. I myself have been treated with respect and kindness, but others can't really say so i think. Depends on who you ask.
Interessante Aufgaben
Perixx has products that range in a specific product-field. So the work tasks are almost always revolving around similar products. But that's normal for a company that's selling a product i think. Perixx simply isn't an agency - so you're working towards the best display of all their products.
