controlling, pressure, lack of respect, low to no management support, no team spirit, horrible communication
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Get proper structure and templates in place, do not expect employees to go above and beyond for a job you give them but they weren't hired for. Avoid heavy processes that stand in the way. Do more activities to foster a less toxic and safer environment. Provide more communication for teams to collaborate across regions.

Very unhappy, yet friendly colleagues, however the constant bad mood of co-workers makes this a horrible place to work. Some colleagues are so far into this, they send you personal, highly sarcastic messages when you propose change. Some co-workers do not know boundaries, some are simply jealous. It is far from a nice colleagueship.

great if you consider not working on projects that do not exist however if you are specialised, colleagues from across the world will bother you and not respect your calendar and simply expect you to jump on spontaneous evening calls with customers, give you no heads-up and really expect you to be there

no regular check-ins, manager already changed 2x in less than 6 months, no one seems to care about you at all
Arbeitsbedingungen
fine, you can get a Mac or Dell and work phone, but software is limited. Big Brother is watching everything you do on your computer and you need to request the most obvious software from IT and justify the request with a customer project, it is so over the top, it's not even funny.
Kommunikation
no regular meetings, Teams channel only provides bare minimum of information, no one goes to the office so all comms is remote and horrible. People don't check in with you and wouldn't even notice if you were missing or not working or whatsoever.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
pay is good, probably the only good thing here
Interessante Aufgaben
be prepared to do anything but the actual job you were hired for. You wear one million hats and get pressure on you for other people and departments like sales not doing their job.
