Currently located at Werk1 which means there is a really nice startup atmosphere with a lot of young people around.
Kommunikation
Work and updates are communicated promptly in weekly meetings. I always felt comfortable asking questions or talking to people privately if questions every arose.

Really nice team spirit. The founders as well as the whole team really focus on including everyone. Coworkers are also people I enjoy spending time with outside of work.

Interessante Aufgaben
There's a lot of room for flexibility in the kind of work you do. During regular meetings I've always been able to express the kind of work I'm interested and at time shift to different tasks which I'm more excited about.

Teams are well balanced, no boys club mentality present.
Arbeitsbedingungen
At times it can be a bit loud because there is a lot of communication is happening, but I always took it as a good sign. For quiet/focused work one is also always welcome to switch to a quieter room or work from home.
