Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Easy work. very good work-life balance (just need to work 5 hours a day as there is nothing to do! Plista keeps shutting down and the work is getting less day by day)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Very poor management. They don't know what they are doing, just running after money and getting failed. Bad and unfair salary. The longer you stay in the company the worse your situation is.
The company is losing customers and revenue and they are just shutting down in many markets.
Many people are leaving and they don't hire and the company is getting smaller every day.
No serious career development opportunities / No coaching
