Even though that you have flexible working hours, management pushes and control to the minute each of employees. If you exceed lunch breach of 30 minutes, or come to office - 5 minutes later then core hours - get ready for a nasty mail from your management. German affiliate is 12 people. Teams are not growing, each moth some goes, some new starters are coming, stay within 1-2 months and then go, cause it is toxic
Project delivery execution is very poor. Current clients are constantly complaining. Management cannot manage properly the team
Management does everything that this does not exist in reality. If you are ill, you will get mails on status quo, if you are on holidays - no substitution.
No budget planned. You will get promises instead
not competitive on the market.
Company offers no real benefits common at the market

- no pension fonds
Company promises to invest in Fonds 3% of annual salary, but you only can have access it once you stay at least 5 years.
With this toxic environment, no work, you would not get this benefits back. This strategy was offered to save money, because no one of current employees will stay 5 years.
The only positive aspect - is your colleagues in the office. However even they are frustrated.

German affiliate is to support Ireland projects only. Today your job is an engineer, tomorrow you job could be much different of your expertise, for example you become procurement support.
All office rules are only for employees( e.g. Core hours from 9-15, 30 min break, 8 hours to be in the office at the office day). Management allows themselves to come at office 12 and go 14.
High fluctuation. Very poor financial performance, and the most important - no projects. More then a half of the team must sit in the office 3 days a week 8 hours each time - without job to do! No efficiency! No engagement! No strategy!
