not necessary, because absolutely resistant to advices
absolute fear culture
in former times the reputation was very good, during the last couple of years the company gained a bad reputation
normal
maybe if the management likes you, if not even an intern can directly become a manager
departments are fighting against each other and sometimes also the colleagues in the same department are doing so
absolutely unacceptable, no leadership skills, no fairness
the office is nice, but that doesn't make up for the other negatives, although management would like it to be
no open communication
Marke, Team, Office
The 99 problems they are having.
The 99 problems I‘m having because of working there.
Just don't produce a frat boys in prague season 2.
I have never seen a conglomerate of people with a max live-achievement of an undergrad degree and what seems to be a personal development peak in middle school, thinking so desperately high of themselves. Thus, creating a top-tier toxic working environment.
I am afraid there seems to be a disconnect between the excellent image of the brand and the average employees' attitude, integrity, track-record, star-sign, English skills, and last but definitely not least, karma.
It seems to be the natural habitat for your overly compensating corporate enabler, who thrives off the tap on the shoulder on a Friday night at 11 pm on Xanax from all mighty management, for aligning the numbers in the PPTX of his superior, who btw couldn't be more unfazed by the critical mental state of his employees.
Roses are red, violets are blue,
do the bare minimum,
drink Negroni,
and a promotion shall come through.
I was under the impression, that that seemed to work pretty well for a career step here.
People getting paid so much and still have neither style nor taste. What a shame.
You better be joking.
You better be joking part 2.
Not found.
Whenever there was a leadership position open in this firm it felt like, around the world, old, white men, hysterically called in favors, agents, and religiously reminded everyone of their handicap 20.
Emotional Damaged.
If you feel the need to talk to your colleagues, make sure to hold your watch into their faces, so they can decide whether you are worth a "Good Morning", a nod, or plain ignorance.
Protip
If your qualifications don’t speak loud enough for themselves, just like in a fraternity, apparently publicly hailing your superior does. Don’t expect anything too original though.
If only people were as good at their jobs as they are gossiping and bad-mouthing, maybe sales would actually back the megalomaniac behavior widely spread among employees and constantly rewarded by the management.
The Porsche Brand. The beautiful city of Prague.
The top management. The mobbing behavior.
Taking employees complaints seriously would be a good start. Then taking action. Not everything can be solved with expensive, theoretical workshops.
In one statement “highly destructive!”. Social exclusion, insults and yelling in front of others.
A despicable highlight during my time was the open display of the outlook calendar of an employee in a teams chat open to the whole company together with a pejorative allusion that this looks like somebody who is just lazy.
It is an inherent part of the company culture that things like that are NOT brought up and worked out, neither an apology is done. No, incidents like that are ignored and the “game” continues.
Without any doubt the image of the Porsche brand is extraordinary. The image of this subsidiary is not.
I don't think you can/want to make a career here.
Salary is very good considering the average in Czech is 1300€. Maybe this is the reason why people are so over protective about their relevance.
Employees make sure to look flashy in company cars.
Backstabbing happens here a lot among employees.
Superiors who actively gossip about their own team members or purposefully ignoring, avoiding, or not paying attention to someone.
It is so frumpy to give employees 4 days home office during a global pandemic. What a joke!
This heavily depends on who you are in the hierarchy. If you could be “useful” for a later career-step people will happily communicate and even help you.
This also heavily depends on who you are in the Porsche hierarchy.
