Try keep the "start up spirit" and the speed. I know that processes are needed,
but in our business and phase, fast decision making should be a key.

Top Down communication is okay, but could be improved. I think that the communication impoves, when more people will join.

The complete IT leadership team is top notch. They provide opportunities for development, take care of the employees, provide feedback and recognize effort that is put in. Good work is appreciated and acknowledged by the leadership

Unfortunatly not really know in the German market. The company could improve in this point. I have been in the automotive industry for my whole career, but PowerCo was not know to me. Received the same feedback from my former colleagues.
Please also focus on sourcing in the German market.
