There were some nice colleagues, otherwise there was no honest and sincere interaction. High staff turnover!
Work-Life-Balance
During the season there is overtime (also weekend work), otherwise work-life balance is okay. The overtime can be reduced again after the season.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Partly unfriendly, appeal-like tone. There were no feedback discussions about one's own person/work. Praise is used sparingly.

Some employees are liked, others are not. You also get to feel that.
