keep a better eye on the managers. and hires better managers. If the loading head isn't right, the rest won't be able to work well either. watched the managers who just show up the good side if higher positions are there.
Employees quit every month. Instead of hiring new ones every time, please think about why so many employees leave. Most employees who are hired carelessly just want quick money. If you want good employees, expect a letter of motivation when you apply, so you can check whether the person is really interested in making a difference in the store.
Quality over quantity, come on, it's not that difficult!

very bad communication, no feedback conversations, you don't know where you stand. There's a lot of talk behind your back. They would rather fire you than communicate your mistakes.

Vacation money is tempting, salary is unreasonable. The employees see nothing of the alleged bonus.

Unfortunately, it makes it difficult for you to move up. It is better to hire external staff instead of loyal employees who have been waiting there for years for a job.
