Good employees, who were loyal and dedicated, especially during the organization's difficult times, were pushed out without hesitation because they were deemed too expensive despite their contributions. Employee turnover in the past two years has been very high, as no one wants to work with the new hierarchical management. It's a shame for such a beautiful brand.
