It's not a nice atmosphere as everyone knows there are huge problems and that there are rumors about a lot of people. But at least you get Macbooks

Communication is basically non-existent. The two founders contradict themselves all the time and are not able to solve their internal problems by themselves. You just have to decide which one you want to follow and tolerate that the other one will be annoyed for not following his rules.

Most of the employees are nice, but one of the founders spreads rumors about his employees between them, which makes you feel like you are in high school.
Work-Life-Balance
You are expected to work overtime all the time. If you leave on time you will be looked at weirdly and it will be talked about you behind your back. Home office is not very accepted either.

One of the founders spreads rumors, the other one has a huge anger management problem and yells at his team where everyone can hear it.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depens on what you work as and what you like I guess. They don't want you to work on your own but to do exactly what they tell you to. No freedom in your actions at all.

Whoever is friends with the founders will be treated way better. But I guess that goes for most of companies.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience with the public.
I'm sorry to hear you had a negative impression of our company. We're working everyday hard to be better, and this across the entire company. But those changes are not an overnight fix and may not be directly visible to everyone.
On your point on office presence, I'm sorry it was perceived that way. We have over 2/3 of our company that works fully remote, including in Germany. Besides, we encourage people to work as well from abroad a few times per year, particularly for employees whose families are far away from Berlin.
