The team was nice, most of the time I did not feel pressure, it was okay to be mistaken or ask for help older teammates.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Generally the company gives you a lot of space for making impact, but does not really help you with it. You need to have an idea for yourself, it is expected that you give your part from the very beginning, what can be difficult while you do not really know too much about the company, projects or even team, that you have never met. And if you don't do it, you will be removed from action. It may be okay for some people, but some for sure will get scared off.

Maybe some system of organisation would help with some misinformation sometimes. It would be nice to get potential of people with some plan. Especially for new hires - they need a help to get into a team where everyone is already aware of what they are doing

A small team in many localisations was not very easy. The main contact channels were mail and your private phone which was not the best
